BioI resist Bio's but here goes..
Age: 39 (I pass for youngerbut have grown my first two white hairs in the past year - ah!) I dyed my hair "Medium Golden Mahogany Brown".
Family: I am the mother of three kitties (Jester, Wolf and Bat-who now likes to be referred to as Mr. Ling if you please) and one Beta fish (Wizard).
Places of Residence: I was born in Illinois and raised in Schaumburg. I spent four years in Michigan while serving in the Air Force as a B-52 Crew Chief. I spent half a year in Tennessee and a summer (15 years old) in New York City. I've been in Texas since '92. (Yes, I feel sorry for me also. I miss civilization.)
Volunteering/Membership: I volunteer at a big cat sanctuary called In-Sync Exotics in Wylie, TX, sponsor a little boy, Makit, in Kenya through World Vision and am a member of Defenders of Wildlife, Amnesty International, World Wildlife Fund and Save the Manatee Org. (I like to send out manatee Christmas cards to confuse people). I also sponsor a Moon Bear named Rupert through Animals Asia and belong to the Ursa Freedom Project Street Team which also helps Moon Bears. Saving the world... one animal, one person at a time.
(I'm not all good though so don't be scared. I do have an evil side which I try to let out once in a while.)
I'm very proud to be a geek. I read primarily sci fi & fantasy books, leaning toward fantasy. I play World of Warcraft but do take breaks so it doesn't become an obsessive habit. I'm fascinated with space, time travel, aliens, vampires and zombies.
